This website
avirhq.com sets no cookies and runs no trackers. When you request access, we keep what you send us (your name, work email, company, kind of business and message) to reply and to set up your workspace, and delete it within 12 months if you don't become a customer. Cloudflare hosts this website and handles each request, including its IP address, to deliver and protect it.
Who we share it with
Only with the subprocessors that help run Avir, under contracts that protect it, and where the law requires. We don't sell personal data.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Avir is hosted in the United States. Where data moves out of the UK or EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. We keep account data while the account exists, and delete it within 30 days after it's closed, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@avirhq.com. If your organisation manages your account, we may pass the request to it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
Avir uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in and secure. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
