Terms of Service
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between Lansar Industries, Inc., 1511 3rd Ave, Suite 1002-1044, Seattle, WA 98101, United States ("Avir", "we") and the organisation that signs up for Avir ("Customer", "you"). The person who accepts them confirms they may bind that organisation.
1. The service
Avir connects to the data sources you choose, builds a model of your business from them, and gives your team boards, analysis, planning, simulations and AI assistance on top. We may improve and change the service; we won't remove a core capability you pay for without notice.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for your users, for keeping their credentials safe, and for what happens under your accounts. Tell us promptly at hello@avirhq.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your data
You keep all rights to the data you connect or upload ("Customer Data"). You give us the rights we need to host, process and display it to provide the service to you, and nothing more. We process Customer Data as your processor under the Data Processing terms, which form part of this agreement. You're responsible for having the right to connect the sources you connect, including any personal data in them.
4. AI features
AI features (Avir AI) send the parts of your data a feature needs to the AI model provider we use, listed among the subprocessors. Your organisation's settings control whether full content or only summaries and structure may be sent. Avir AI is paid in credits: each member's plan includes a monthly allowance, and more can be bought; bought credits are non-refundable and don't expire while your account is active. AI output can be wrong: check it before relying on it. Simulation results are estimates, labelled with how far they can be trusted; they are not forecasts or advice. We don't use Customer Data to train AI models, and our providers may not either.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Avir to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, probe or disrupt the service or other customers, or get around its limits. We may suspend access that puts the service or others at risk, and will tell you why.
6. Plans, payment and trials
Avir is billed per member (seat) per month, at the price shown in the product; adding or removing members changes the charge from that day, prorated. Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Organization → Billing, effective at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. If a payment fails or a trial ends without a plan, your workspaces become read-only until a plan is active. Prices exclude taxes, which you pay where they apply. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of a price change.
7. Confidentiality and security
Each side keeps the other's confidential information confidential and uses it only for this agreement. We protect Customer Data with the technical and organisational measures described in the Data Processing terms.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time. We can end it on 30 days' notice, or straight away if the other side materially breaches it and doesn't fix the breach within 15 days of notice. After it ends you have 30 days to export your data, after which we delete it, except where the law requires us to keep it.
9. Warranties and liability
We'll provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is". Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits or data, and each side's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law.
10. General
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and the state and federal courts in King County, Washington. We may update these terms; for a material change we'll give 30 days' notice in the product or by email. Notices to us go to hello@avirhq.com.
