Is there a free trial?
Yes. We open a trial when we set up your workspace with you, with 300 AI credits per person to try forecasts and scenarios on your own data.
Who counts as a person?
Every member of your organisation, whatever their role. Add or remove people at any time; your bill follows, prorated to the day.
What does a credit buy?
Credits pay for the AI: the panel that answers for your customer groups, deep mode, Ask and drafting plans. Forecasts and scenarios that need no new behaviour run on Avir's own engine and use none. Every run shows its cost before it starts.
What if we run out of credits?
Owners can top up in packs of 1,000 credits, which don't expire. Each month's included credits renew on the first of the month.
How do we pay?
By card, monthly, through Stripe. Invoices and payment details are in the billing portal.
What happens if we cancel?
Your workspaces stay readable but stop syncing and running AI until you subscribe again. An owner can delete the organisation, and its data is purged, including from backups as they expire.
